This service provides portable machines and skilled personnel to meet the requirements of industrial enterprises.
Our company offers a wide range of portable machines which ensure tolerances as if machined in a shop – be it a flange, heat exchanger, tank hatch or manhole, pipeline, or process equipment connection.
Outside and inside portable machines can turn and machine flange seal faces and grooves, and make them ready for welding. Most of machines are complete with a pneumatic drive to use in explosion hazard zones.
These services cover the following works:
- Machining seal faces of flanges with a diameter of up to 6 meters, to specific tolerances.
- Cold cutting of pipes and making of welding bevels. Pipes and vessels of any diameter can be cut by using our lightweight cutting machines. The machines are able to cut and make bevels on pipes of any wall thickness.
- Surface milling. Milling machines can process parts along 3 axes, within 3 m x 2 m per operation. This type of machines allows to mill any flat surfaces: covers of turbines, pipes and headers. Key seat and shaft groove milling can also be made at site.
- Drilling. Holes to 8 inches in diameter and to 1 meter in depth can be made using our standard drilling equipment.
- Boring and facing of inner radial surfaces. Holes are restored to nominal sizes by boring and facing.
